We are a DIY venue that offers an elegant yet down-to-earth space perfect for hosting smaller events that won’t feel too empty or intimidating for groups as small as 10 people but also offer our extended banquet space for hosting larger events up to 120 guests. We would love to be a part of your next special event!

HOW TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING:

All bookings must be secured with a $75 non-refundable deposit that will go toward your final booking rate. We will provide detailed procedures on how to complete your booking, arrival, set-up, and finalize your event.

All deposits and bookings must be paid using Venmo to @thepatiovenue. Please request for other payment options.

VENUE PACKAGES

Full Venue + Outdoor Patio

Our full venue rental includes access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces, complete with eight round tables and two custom-built wooden tables for expanded seating. It’s ideal for weddings, banquets, and milestone celebrations that want space to stretch while keeping a warm, intimate vibe. This package also includes a mini bridal suite, the foyer, a mini bar with complimentary water, a microwave, an optional bridal suite, and beautiful lounge seating for both indoors and out—all set against a fresh, neutral backdrop perfect for any theme.

120 possible seats at various tables + 20 additional lounge seating options

  • Full Day - 8am-11pm [15hrs] - $1,500

  • 1st Half Day - 8am - 3pm [7hrs] - $850

  • 2nd Half Day - 4pm - 11pm [7hrs] - $1,000

  • Hrly [3.5hr minimum] - $175/hr - Must book within the timeframe of either half day. No hrly bookings available to overlap the midday hr 3pm-4pm.

The Garden Room + Outdoor Patio

Our Studio package is known for it’s smaller space facing the creek which offers a more intimate backdrop for smaller gatherings. It’s a wonderful fit for bridal showers, baby showers, or smaller private events. Guests will enjoy indoor and outdoor lounge seating, use of the foyer and mini bar area, and the same natural-light charm and outdoor photo ops that make the venue so special.

  • Full Day - 8am-11pm [15hrs] - $1,000

  • 1st Half Day - 8am - 3pm [7hrs] - $650

  • 2nd Half Day - 4pm - 11pm [7hrs] - $750
